From Chaos to Connection
A workshop to help you move from overwhelm into grounded, embodied presence, for yourself and your kids.
There are moments in motherhood when your child’s big feelings meet your own exhaustion…
when your patience slips through your fingers…
when your chest tightens before you even realize you’re overwhelmed…
when you love so deeply, yet something inside feels stretched thin.
You’re not failing or broken.
And you’re definitely not alone.
Women who’ve taken this workshop have shared:
“I LOVE this and need this all so much. THANK YOU Julie & Amanda!!”
“Cannot thank you enough for this — so nice to see that others are going through similar things!”
“Learned I’m not alone… I feel ready to use mantras and recognize when I’m in the yellow or orange. Noticing, pausing, breathing.”
“It was so impactful to hear from other women feeling vulnerable and experiencing similar struggles in this same life stage.”
What they discovered is this:
Regulation isn’t something you do for your kids, it’s a state you come home to within yourself.
Your body remembers how to connect and your nervous system knows how to soften.
But when life pulls you in a dozen directions, that inner home gets harder to access.
This workshop becomes the moment you exhale.
A space to reconnect with the part of you that is wise, steady, intuitive, and whole, the part of you that’s still there beneath the noise of daily life.
Together, we’ll help you understand why your hardest moments aren’t personal flaws or parenting failures, they’re emotional and physiological patterns.
And most importantly, we’ll show you how to shift from reactivity into presence in real time.
So you can meet your child from a grounded body.
So connection feels possible again and home feels like home — inside you first.

What You’ll Experience
A journey into your body, breath, and the kind of connection that makes parenting feel less like survival and more like relationship.
You’ll learn how to:
• Understand the physiology of “I’m losing it.”
Why your toughest parenting moments aren’t character flaws, they’re nervous system responses.
• Notice your early Yellow-zone cues.
The subtle signals — jaw tension, buzzing, shallow breath — that tell you you’re leaving your window of presence.
• Use the Nervous System Thermometer (Green, Yellow, Red).
A simple framework to guide yourself back to grounded presence — and support your child in doing the same.
• Practice The Intentional Pause.
A 60-second nervous system reset pairing breath, mantra, and somatic drop-in.
• Become a “cool bath” for your child.
Co-regulation techniques that turn your presence into their anchor.
• Build a home of emotional connection.
Body-first tools that deepen empathy, softness, and trust in your home.

She offers practical, accessible tools that you can apply immediately, even in the middle of a meltdown or a hard day.
Julie’s gift is bringing structure to the emotional side of parenting. She helps you zoom out, see the bigger picture, and find simple steps that shift your home from reactive to responsive.

Amanda’s work is rooted in helping women come home to themselves: their bodies, inner voice, truth, and the kind of love that softens everything it touches.
With a background in functional nutrition and somatic healing, she blends science with deep intuition, guiding women out of survival mode and back into the grounded, regulated, fully expressed version of themselves they’ve been longing to reconnect with.
Her approach isn’t about fixing or performing or trying harder.
It’s about learning to feel again and
trusting the wisdom inside your own body.Amanda’s gift is presence, the kind that coaxes you back into wholeness without forcing anything. She brings you into your breath, into sensation, into the parts of you that have been waiting to be acknowledged and loved.
With her, regulation becomes a felt experience, and healing becomes something your entire system can exhale into.
Women often describe Amanda as “a safe place to land,” someone who holds space with compassion while gently guiding you toward more softness, truth, love, within yourself first, and then in every part of your life.
