    I have been working with Amanda for three years focusing on my gut health and exercise among many other things. When I started seeing a functional medicine doctor for my gut issues, I had so much data compiled already from working with Amanda. She saved me time and work with the doctor and I felt like I had a leg up when I went to my appointments. Since working with her, I have completely turned around my digestion and decreased my gut pain to the point where I can eat a variety of foods again and I don't feel stressed out about eating anymore. I also love her overall approach and that she tackles all things wellness - body, mind, and spirit.     Before working with Amanda I had really bad gut issues, my bloat was so bad at night that I couldn’t fall asleep and my skin was so irritated and I had a lot of acne. I also had a terrible relationship with food. Amanda helped me create a whole food diet that increased my energy and allowed me keep up with my days which has helped me so much. She was always checking in with me and she is very passionate about what she does. My skin has cleared up, my bloating has been alleviated, and I’m able to keep the weight off I’ve lost with her for 8 months now. She has changed my mindset on food and my body and I can’t thank her enough.

  • I’m beyond happy with my progress. I lost almost 20 pounds (wow). Slow and steady. But, besides the weight, what is the most important thing for me is the freedom that I find when it comes to food, exercise, and loving myself. I found the balance I’ve been looking for years.   • If you are looking for a coach that is going to guide toward TOTAL health then Amanda is the one for you! She is so knowledgeable, thoughtful and genuine.
