This is personalized, whole-person support designed to meet you where you are and evolve as you do.
Our work together may include evidence-based nutrition guidance, supplement and lifestyle recommendations, and when appropriate, reviewing lab work, alongside deeper integrative conversations that support self-trust, embodiment, and meaningful change.

Rather than following a rigid structure, one-to-one guidance is shaped collaboratively. During a complimentary Connection Call, we’ll explore what you’re looking for, how I work, and what level of support feels most aligned for your current season. From there, we decide together on the session rhythm and structure that will best support you.

These sessions can be booked on their own or alongside one-to-one guidance. They offer space to pause, listen, and integrate without needing to analyze, explain, or fix anything.
Each session is responsive to what you need in the moment and may include gentle guidance, breath, imagery, or quiet presence. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply craving stillness, this space invites you back into yourself.
For those in one-to-one guidance, Guided Embodiment sessions can deepen integration by allowing insights and changes to land more fully. As a standalone offering, they provide a meaningful reset and reconnection in a short, accessible format.
