When we unwind what’s been living in your consciousness (the old stories, the inherited patterns, the internal pressure, the self-protection you’ve had to carry) your energy shifts and your physiology responds.

And it all begins with radically accepting what is
meeting yourself honestly, compassionately, and without distortion, instead of gaslighting yourself into an outcome (a better thought process, physical result, etc.) you think you “should” be at by now.

Radical acceptance is what stops the inner fight.
And when the fight stops, your system softens, rests into the present moment, and your body finally has the safety it needs to heal and bloom into more of you.
