Breathing Into Life
I sit cross legged on my bed gazing out my window at the mountains
Life coming into focus and feeling real again
I keep allowing my spirit to hold, love, and heal the pain in my heart
Learning some questions are irrelevant
Others can be answered now
But often, the ones we think we desire most are best answered in time
Ambiguity is a gift from life itself
Permission to live alive
Uncomfortable to the mind but fertile ground for the soul and essential for insight
Because walking through the unknown is capacity without contraction
A growing intelligence that expands the view
So I continue to connect my head to my heart
Allowing peace with what is
Letting the ease in my breathe guide the next step
