Beloved
Sedona, Arizona
November 11-15, 2026
There is a way of moving through the world that feels more creative and connected…
There comes a moment when a woman grows weary of striving.
Weary of living on a narrow road where everything feels a little too serious. Where you have to be a little too “good,” a little too pleasing, a little too much of what the world expects you to be—as though everything might fall apart if you put your own inner world first.
Weary of measuring yourself against impossible standards of performing, proving, and questioning whether you’re loving enough, beautiful enough, worthy enough, lovable enough.
It’s exhausting.
And honestly? It feels like an old story.
What if there is another way?
A world where you get to be your creative, weird, wildly alive self—and actually be loved for who you are.
Where you feel at home inside yourself, and at home with other people.
Where your dreams aren’t something you have to abandon in order to be safe, good, or loved.
Where you discover that you have everything you need—not because you finally became enough, but because you came home to the part of you that always was.
Beloved is an invitation into that world.
An intimate retreat for returning to the truth that has always been waiting beneath the noise.
A space to slow down, create, laugh, reflect, and remember yourself through the eyes of love.
Together, we’ll explore the many ways we come home to ourselves through creativity, beauty, honest conversation, nature, and meaningful connection.
We’ll write poetry that gives voice to what has long been hidden.
We’ll create art that bypasses the mind and speaks directly to the heart.
We’ll spend time in nature, allowing the world around us to remind us what it feels like to simply be.
We’ll gently explore the stories we’ve inherited through our families and relationships, uncovering the patterns that have shaped the way we love, receive, and see ourselves.
We’ll move, celebrate, and play.
And we’ll have an evening devoted to style and self-expression, where clothing becomes less about appearance and more about revealing the parts of you that have been waiting to come out and be seen.
This is an invitation to step into a vibration of something totally new.
Something your body may recognize before your mind does.
Because perhaps it isn’t actually new at all.
Perhaps it’s something returning to you.
Come home to her.
Beloved.

A Women’s Creative Expression Retreat
We’re here to use creation as a portal to self.
Not productivity, performance, or “being artistic”,
but meeting yourself through what you create.
This retreat is for the woman who feels something inside her wanting to come alive…
the part of herself she hasn’t fully given permission to be.
Tucked among the redwood forests of Northern California, this is a space to step away from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with your creativity, your truth, and the parts of you ready to be expressed and seen.
This isn’t about being a “good artist.”
Ha - the complete opposite, actually.
This is about unlocking and discovering yourself, simply for the sake of doing so.
Think of it like a vacation that actually connects you back to you.
One where you’re doing what your soul is calling for, alongside other women doing the same.
We’re not here to force transformation.
We’re here to come together and create.
You don’t need experience. Just a willingness to show up, explore, and meet yourself.
When I was designing this, I kept thinking about the sleepovers we used to have when we were younger…
Imagine that -
but layered with depth, inspiration, music, movement, and a kind of aliveness that feels almost delicious.
Soul-fulfilling creation paired with moments of dancing, laughing, and not taking ourselves so seriously.
With a whole lot of free-spirited California road trip energy woven throughout. .
What This Opens For You
You’ll start to feel what’s coming through you and trust it - your intuition, your voice, and creativity. The things that make you, uniquely you.
You’ll create without overthinking and filtering.
And you’ll leave with a deeper sense of self-trust -
and a new relationship to how you express yourself in your everyday life.
What We’ll Explore
Inside this retreat, you’ll be guided through experiences such as:
guided writing prompts and storytelling exercises
creative reflection and journaling
group conversations and shared inspiration
embodiment practices to reconnect with your body and voice
music, movement, and space to dance and express freely
playful, light moments that invite you out of your head and into your body
time in nature among the redwoods and along the California coast
space to create something that feels real and meaningful to you
There will be space to write, reflect, laugh, share, and be inspired by the creativity and perspectives of the women around you.

Absolutely, and honestly, it’s probably even better if you do.
Most women attend solo. Traveling alone is incredibly freeing because you’re not bound by anyone’s past perceptions of you. It gives you the space to explore new parts of yourself, open up in fresh ways, and discover who you are without the usual walls.Retreats are the perfect place for this - new environment, new connections, and a whole lot of self-liberation!
-
Then you should definitely come! My retreats are intentionally crafted to be safe, welcoming spaces where women can open up at their own pace and feel genuinely connected. And you’re probably not alone, so many women feel this way before arriving. It’s completely normal.
And the truth is, we only overcome fear when we have the courage to walk right toward it.
Let this be a decison that frees you. -
Yes! While the retreat is structured with workshops and group experiences, there is always spaciousness built into the schedule. You’ll have time to rest, journal, explore the area, or simply enjoy some quiet moments to yourself.
